Overview
This policy explains how Inspired Networks Inc ("Inspired", "we", "us") handles personal information in Claude Enterprise Budget Manager (the "Service") and on this website. The Service shows people their Claude Enterprise usage and costs, and helps organizations manage Claude spend limits and limit-increase requests.
Claude Enterprise Budget Manager is an independent product. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. It reads from and writes to your Claude Enterprise organization through Anthropic's published APIs using keys that your organization provides.
Who is responsible
Organizations that use the Service (our "customers", including managed service providers acting for their clients) decide which Claude organization to connect and who can use the Service. For information about their people and their Claude usage, the customer is responsible for that information and we process it on their behalf and on their instructions.
We are responsible for information we collect for our own purposes, such as visits to this website and messages you send us.
If you use the Service through your employer or your IT provider, questions about how your information is used should usually go to them first. We will help them respond.
Information we collect
When you sign in
- Your name, email address and account identifier from Google or Microsoft, and a profile picture link if Google provides one.
- When you last signed in, your role in the Service, and which organizations you can access.
From your organization's Claude Enterprise account
Using the keys your organization provides, we retrieve:
- Membership and limits: each member's name, email address and Claude user identifier, their monthly spend limit and where that limit comes from, and their spend so far this month.
- Usage and cost: daily cost, request counts and token counts per member, broken down by Claude model and product (for example chat or Claude Code).
- Project activity: names of chat projects and how many messages and conversations each member had in them.
- Limit-increase requests that members make from claude.ai.
- Chat titles (optional): only if your organization adds a Compliance key, the title, model and dates of members' chats.
Created in the Service
- Budget requests, including the amount asked for, the justification a member writes, and any decision and note from an approver.
- A record of every limit change: who made it, when, why, and whether it was later reversed.
- Settings your organization configures, such as budget tiers, notification addresses and email-delivery settings.
Technical information
- Server logs that record requests to the Service, including IP address, browser type and time, used for security and troubleshooting.
- The cookies described below.
What we do not collect
- We do not access the content of your prompts, chats, files or Claude's responses. Chat titles are the only exception, and only when your organization adds a Compliance key.
- We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers on the website or in the Service.
- We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password.
How we use information
- To show people their own usage, costs and requests, and to show administrators and approvers the information they need to manage spend.
- To apply limit changes in Claude Enterprise when a request is approved or falls within a self-service tier, and to reset temporary increases at the start of each month, as configured by your organization.
- To send service emails, such as request decisions, approval requests, limit-reset notices and warnings when someone nears their limit.
- To secure the Service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems and keep an audit trail.
- To respond to you when you contact us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train artificial intelligence models.
Service providers
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Anthropic | Source of Claude Enterprise membership, limit, usage and request data. We send limit changes and request decisions back to your organization's Claude account. |
| Google and Microsoft | Sign-in. They confirm your identity and send us your name and email address. |
| Mailgun | Delivery of service emails, through our account or through an account your organization or IT provider configures. |
| Cloud hosting provider | Hosting of the application, database and backups. |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.
Within a customer, administrators and approvers can see the usage, requests and justifications of the people they manage. If your organization uses an IT provider, their staff may have the same access.
Retention
We keep customer information for as long as the customer uses the Service. When a customer stops using the Service or asks us to, we delete their information from our systems, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
When a person leaves a customer's Claude organization, their historical usage stays available to that customer's administrators for reporting until the customer asks us to delete it.
Security
- All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit.
- Anthropic and Mailgun keys are encrypted in our database and are never shown again after they are saved.
- Sign-in is through Google or Microsoft only, and access is limited by role.
- We request only the Claude API permissions the Service needs, and your organization can revoke them in claude.ai at any time.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify the affected customer without undue delay.
Cookies
We use only cookies that the Service needs to work:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session | Keeps you signed in during a visit. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Same as the session |
| Remember me | Keeps you signed in between visits on your device. | Until you sign out |
The public website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Where we process information for a customer, please contact that organization first. We will support them in responding to your request. For information we hold for our own purposes, contact us using the details below.
You can also stop the Service from accessing your Claude organization's data by asking your administrator to revoke the keys in claude.ai.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify customers by email or in the Service.
